Rural Development: We have been extensively working on rural development since our inception, assisting clients with planning, designing, and monitoring the construction of community institutions, individual and community toilets, drinking water supply systems, community concrete roads, and other community infrastructure.

Women & Child Development: We provide technical and managerial support to our clients and partners in various areas, including child protection and gender policy review and development, creating child-friendly villages, and strengthening Children's Clubs. We also focus on planning and capacity building on legal mechanisms and developing life skills for adolescent girls. We aim to ensure the well-being and empowerment of children and adolescents through comprehensive support and development initiatives.

Urban Development: CPED provides support in urban planning, design, monitoring, evaluation, and management for various developmental projects. These projects include slum development, infrastructure development, community development, climate-resilient urban planning, and capacity building for local bodies in urban areas of Odisha.

Waste Management: We focus on managing a variety of waste types, including solid, liquid, electronic, plastic, industrial, medical, organic, municipal, and household waste. Our services cover disposal, management, processing, recycling, and reuse of these wastes. We provide technical support and guidance in legal compliance, policy review and planning, site selection, and strategy development for household waste collection. Our goal is to reduce the harmful effects of waste on the environment and human health.

Disaster Management: CPED extends support and provides technical services to its clients in various aspects of disaster management. This includes the preparation of Village Disaster Management Plans, capacity building for different stakeholders, quick assessment of loss and damages, and rescue and rehabilitation efforts. We also assist in the repair and renovation of affected houses and school buildings. We also help in relief and restoration activities. Additionally, we develop and support livelihood development plans to ensure comprehensive disaster management and effective recovery for communities.

Education & skill development: We provide technical and consultancy services in the education sector to our clients, including private schools, English medium public schools, and preschools. Our services cover inclusive education, preparation of Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM), development of communication materials, academic assessment of students, and teacher training. We also focus on pedagogical improvement, curriculum development, qualitative impact assessment of educational interventions, and promoting joyful learning. Additionally, we support financial inclusion, access to credit facilities, skill gap analysis, needs assessment for skill development training, and enterprise development.
